INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Si informa il Candidato (di seguito “interessato”, ex. Art.4, c.1 del GDPR) che l’attività di selezione del personale può comportare il trattamento di dati personali nel rispetto dei seguenti principi di carattere generale:

  • all data are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner in relation to the interested party, in compliance with the general principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR;
  • specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access;
  • the data holder is the undersigned company ACMI Spa, which can be contacted to exercise all the rights provided for by articles15-21 of the GDPR (right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, objection), as well as to revoke previously granted consent or lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data;

2.  PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data communicated by the interested party by sending a curriculum vitae or acquired by the data holder through selection interviews, evaluation forms, aptitude tests or in the course of related activities are subject to processing for purposes connected with the search, selection and management of any future employment relationship. The basis for the processing of such data is the need to perform pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the interested part or the legitimate interest of the company in ensuring that its business is run efficiently (Article 6, paragraph1, letter b) and letter f) of the GDPR). If the interested party on their own initiative provides sensitive data pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR, the company will endeavour, as far as possible, not to retain and archive such data.

3. SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data are processed using computerised and / or manual procedures, in particular by personnel department employees, functional managers or representatives of company management (individuals duly authorised and trained pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR). The data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties except for any companies involved in the selection process. There will be no international transfer of data, especially to non-EU countries.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data collected during the recruitment process will be deleted within 24 months of receipt of the application when the professional figure presents characteristics of particular interest for further selection.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (GDPR Articles 15-22)

At any time, the interested party may exercise the right to:

  • request confirmation of whether or not their personal data are being processed and, if so, obtain access to that data;
  • obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention or the criteria used to determine the retention period;
  • obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
  • obtain the limitation of processing;
  • obtain data portability, i.e., receive them from a data holder in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data holder without impediments;
  • object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
  • object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
