RASAR D200

Rasar D200 is a traditional depalletiser with a sweep-off gripping system and a low-level product infeed. The machine is equipped with an independent centering device which holds the layer underneath the one being transferred and it can be configured with the high-level or low-level unloading. The depalletisation speed of Rasar D200 is about 29,000 bottles and 73,000 cans per hour.

RASAR D200 S

Rasar D200 S is a traditional depalletiser with a sweep-off system and a low-level product infeed/outfeed. The machine is equipped with a centering device which holds the layer underneath the one being transferred. Unlike Rasar D200, this model is not equipped with an independent centering device and therefore records slightly lower depalletising speeds of 26,000 bottles and 67,000 cans per hour.

FASTER D200

Faster D200 is a high-speed depalletiser with a traditional structure. It is characterised by the high-level product outfeed, by the presence of a containment cabin with converging walls and by the linear interlayer removal system. The machine also handles plastic, wooden and iron frames, in addition to interlayers and pallets that can be stored according to customer requirements: frames only, alternating frames and pallets, interlayers only. The depalletiser reaches a speed of 60,000 bottles and 160,000 cans per hour.

CONDOR V

This is a robotic depalletising system with a vacuum head. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special vacuum depalletising head make this machine the ideal solution for handling bottle packs and can packs. This system is particularly suitable for Repacking lines.

CONDOR D220

Condor D220 is a robotic depalletising system equipped with a special head, fitted with a camera, for picking up loose bottles palletised on shaped trays. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special depalletising head make this machine the ideal product for Repacking lines.
