FLEXIKUBE HPC
FlexiKube HPC is a medium-speed, modular labeller designed to decorate cylindrical and shaped glass and plastic containers, including those transported in ‘pucks’ specific to the home & personal care sector. It can apply self-adhesive, roll-fed wrap-around or pre-cut labels. The machine offers a high degree of versatility thanks to its modular design, which allows labelling modules to be easily added or replaced to suit different production requirements. FlexiKube HPC can handle containers of various shapes and sizes, from small and unstable containers transported in ‘pucks’, to large formats. The special measures adopted in the design phase, also from an ergonomic point of view, allow a reduction in format changeover times and simplify cleaning and maintenance operations. The machine can be equipped with automatic format changeover systems, orientation and quality control systems by means of cameras and integrated coders.
