FLEXIOPERA
FlexiOpera BEER is a modular labeller designed for the beer industry. Capable of working at high speed in harsh environments, it features high protection against water, washing and glass fragments, ensuring precision and reliability at all times. FlexiOpera BEER offers high flexibility in decorating containers with one or more labels, while ergonomic access to the labelling stations reduces format changeover times and simplifies maintenance. The technical features of the adhesive module ensure high application accuracy and no interruptions at the end of the roll thanks to the automatic joining system, while the cold glue module offers accessibility, efficiency and long life thanks to hardened gears and advanced lubrication systems. To further increase efficiency, in all operating conditions, the machine can be equipped with automatic label loaders, radial slides and camera orientation and quality control systems.
