SMARTBLO
SmartBlo is a high-performance blower available with a single or double cavity. Thanks to the double cavity system, SmartBlo doubles productivity in small and medium formats while maintaining a small footprint. The mould format changeover is quick and easy, while the parameter adjustment via HMI interface, with which it is also possible to monitor energy and air saving, is very intuitive. No lubricants are used in the oven to avoid the risk of contamination of the preforms during the stretch-blow process. It is compatible with r-PET materials and lightweight preforms, and it is also possible to integrate preform and bottle vision systems to monitor product quality.
